Shipping

We only ship to Canada and the USA.  We will ship your order by Canada Post. Orders will be shipped out of our warehouse within 2 to 4 business days. Your order will arrive within 3 to 5 business days from the time it leaves our warehouse. You will receive an email from us with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

For orders shipped to the United States, expedited shipping is 8 business days.  Any customs fees and duties will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

If we cannot fulfill your order within the 2 to 4 business days, you will be contacted within 24 hours of placing your order. We will inform you at that time with an accurate delivery date for your order so that you can consider your options.

• Minimum shipping costs in Canada will be $10 for orders under $50 and $15 for orders $50 and over.
• US orders minimum shipping cost is $20 for orders under $100.  
• Some larger items will require additional shipping charges.

The website has only estimated shipping rates. Classic Salon Supplies reserves the right to re-quote shipping charges. You will be notified of any cost variance and possible options before we ship your order. Classic Salon Supplies shipping policy is to pass on the actual cost of the shipping.  A small handling charge applies to all orders.

Duties

International customers from outside of Canada will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. If you refuse the items at the time of delivery you will still be charged for the shipping and the return charges. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for information about any duty and taxes that may be added.
